This trademark seeks to convey some of the ethical and business values that inspire the activity of the companies that own or use the trademark by virtue of the corresponding licence of use.

None of the companies that use the REACTIONA trademark to identify their products or services has direct or indirect control over another or others that may also use said trademark. THE COMPANY and the other companies that use the ‘REACCIONA’ or ‘REACCIONA GROUP’ trademark are independent of each other from a legal, accounting and tax point of view. The use of the term ‘Group’ preceding the REACCIONA trademark has no relevance whatsoever for the purposes of the provisions of article 42 of the Commercial Code.
