Reduce water consumption through smart irrigation systems and raising awareness about the benefits of textile reuse during our guests’ stays. Most of our houses in Cantabria have organic gardens, and the ingredients used by our chefs are mostly seasonal and locally sourced.
Use sustainable and locally sourced construction and decoration materials, some of which we recover through artisanal methods. These materials not only help preserve natural resources but also contribute to reducing carbon emissions and other pollutants. Additionally, we renovate properties following energy efficiency criteria while respecting the natural environment.
