The villa has a dual orientation: to the north, the Cantabrian Sea, visible from most rooms; to the south, the mountains create a lush, green environment that evokes an almost tropical landscape. This duality turns every window into a living painting. El Acantilado can comfortably host 6 guests its Wishome capacity and can be extended to a maximum of 16. What do we mean by Wishome capacity? We created this concept to define the number of guests for whom our home remains truly cozy, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity. On the entrance floor, you will find an open-plan kitchen connected to the living–dining area, one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom with double access from both the dining room and the pool area. On the lower floor, in addition to a lounge area, there are two bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two with sea views and one overlooking the mountains. The villa also features a private garden, a heated outdoor infinity pool, a large wrap-around terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge, a living room with a fireplace, and a lookout point over the cliff.

El Acantilado is perfect if you’re looking to wake up to the sound of the Cantabrian Sea, watch the tide shape the coastline from your windows, and let yourself be embraced by the surrounding nature. Suspended above the sea, El Acantilado offers pure, effortless disconnection.
El Acantilado is located in one of the most unspoiled and authentic areas of western Cantabria. One of the greatest attractions of this setting is its almost hidden beaches, such as Amió and El Pedrerú.
In the surrounding area, you will find several places of interest: Comillas (25 minutes by car), San Vicente de la Barquera (10 minutes), Llanes (20 minutes), and Santillana del Mar (30 minutes). You can also enjoy activities and excursions such as visiting the Altamira Caves (30 minutes) or the Soplao Cave (25 minutes), the Cabárceno Nature Park (40 minutes), the Covadonga Monastery (1 hour), and the Picos de Europa (1 hour 30 minutes).

Terms
- For bookings made more than 1 month in advance, 50% of the payment will be made at the time of booking and 50% 1 month prior to booking.
- For bookings made less than 1 month in advance, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
- Prices do not include 10% VAT.
Flexible cancellation: we refund 100% of the amount paid up to 30 days before arrival. After this period we give you the flexibility to change the dates of your booking within the following 6 months.
- In high season bookings require a deposit, to be paid before arrival. This will be refunded on departure if there is no damage to the villa or if no additional costs have been incurred during the stay.
- The deposit is 1.000€ for all villas in Cantabria.
- In the case of stays for events or celebrations, the deposit will vary depending on the number of people, type of event and villa. In the event of damage, an assessment of the damage will be made and its repair will be deducted from the deposit
Reservations for villas in Cantabria in premium season must be made for a minimum of 8 days.
The formalisation of the reservation entails the commitment on the part of the guests not to accommodate more people than those contracted. All villas are delivered with all beds made up to make the house as cosy as possible, but no more beds may be used than those contracted. In the event that the occupancy is higher than the contracted number, Wishome will deduct the extra cost per guest from the deposit made at the time of booking (depending on the season).
If guests decide to interrupt their stay before the end of the booking, Wishome will not refund the part of thebooking not taken advantage of.
- Pets (dogs) are allowed up to a maximum of 2 pets per stay and with a limit of 36 kg each.
- Puppies under 18 months of age are not allowed.
- A flat rate of 350 euros (VAT included) per pet applies. Guide dogs may enter all areas of the house at no extra cost.
- Pets will be able to enjoy all the space of the house avoiding climbing on sofas and beds.
- Pets must be on a leash or in their carrier when the cleaning team enters the house.
- We have a pet policy consent form which must be signed at check-in.
