Location
La Finca del Chino is located in the municipality of Mejorada, a small town in Toledo, 10 kilometers from Talavera de la Reina and 90 kilometers from Toledo. Its location not only allows the practice of sports activities such as hiking or cycling but also tours to discover the historical and artistic heritage of these towns.
If you are interested in learning astronomy in a very enjoyable way, you may book a guided visit to the Segurilla observatory. You will be introduced to the astronomical observation of the sky with the naked eye, binoculars and telescopes.
Just over an hour away, in the province of Cáceres, is the imposing monastery of Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, declared a national historic-artistic monument in 1879 and a World Heritage Site in 1993.

- 2.000/day, 200€/person/night, for 10 people, minimum capacity in high season.

- Cleaning fee: 495€ per stay.
- March, July, August and November.
- 1.350€/day, 169€/person/night, for 8 people, minimum capacity in mid season.
- Additional guest 112€ each.
- Cleaning fee: 495€ per stay.
- Rest of the year
- 1.100€/day, 137€/person/night, for 8 people, minimum capacity in standard season.
- Additional guest 92€ each.
- Cleaning fee: 495€ per stay.
Terms
- For bookings made more than 1 month in advance, 50% of the payment will be made at the time of booking and 50% 1 month prior to booking.
- For bookings made less than 1 month in advance, 100% payment is due at the time of booking. Prices do not include 10% VAT.
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to booking, a change of date may be made within 6 months of booking, subject to availability and applying the rates in force at the time of the new dates selected.
- Cancellations occurring at a later date will entail the loss of the payment made to date.
- In high season bookings require a deposit, to be paid before arrival. This will be refunded on departure if there is no damage to the villa or no additional costs incurred during the stay.
- The deposit will be 1000€ at Finca Guadyerbas.
- In the case of stays for events or celebrations, the deposit will vary depending on the number of people, type of event and villa. In the event of damage, an assessment of the damage will be made and its repair will be deducted from the deposit.
- The formalisation of the booking entails the commitment on the part of the guests not to accommodate more people than those contracted. All villas are delivered with all beds made up to make the house as cosy as possible, but no more beds may be used than those contracted. In the event that the occupancy is higher than the contracted occupancy, Wishome will deduct the extra cost per guest from the deposit made at the time of booking (depending on the season).
- If guests decide to interrupt their stay before the end of the booking, Wishome will not reimburse the part of the booking not enjoyed.
- Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed up to a maximum of 2 pets per stay and with a limit of 36 kg each.
- Puppies under 18 months of age are not allowed.
- A flat rate of 290 euros (VAT included) per pet applies. Guide dogs may enter all areas of the house at no extra cost.
- Pets will be able to enjoy all the space of the house avoiding climbing on sofas and beds.
- Pets must be on a leash or in their carrier when the cleaning team enters the house.
- We have a pet policy consent form which must be signed at check-in.
