La Bendita has been restored by balancing its century-old essence with a contemporary atmosphere. The presence of the original stone walls, as well as the views of the village of Caviedes, are some of the factors taken into account to shape its identity—preserving tradition while inviting light and the surrounding landscape inside. The house, which spans 650m², includes a garden and a heated indoor pool.

La Bendita can host as few as 10 guests under “Wishome capacity,” which can be expanded up to a maximum of 26. What is Wishome capacity? This concept has been created as the number of guests at which the home remains welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity.
It features 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. On the entry-level floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a library, the kitchen, 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with the heated indoor pool and 2 covered porches (with a lounge area and outdoor dining space). On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a sitting room. On the second floor, there is 1 double bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as 1 bedroom with 5 beds (including a trundle bed) and an en-suite bathroom.

La Bendita is located in Caviedes, at the foothills of Mount Corona, a unique setting for hiking surrounded by trees. In this charming village, you’ll find the iconic restaurant Casa Cofiño, where you can savor one of the region’s best “cocidos montañeses” (mountain stews).
Our house is just ten minutes away from the Santa Marina Golf Club and 10 minutes from Oyambre Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cantabrian coast.
Nearby, you can explore Comillas (15 minutes by car), San Vicente de la Barquera (10 minutes), Llanes (20 minutes), and Santillana del Mar (35 minutes). You can also visit Altamira Caves (30 minutes), Soplao Cave (30 minutes), Cabárceno Nature Park (50 minutes), and Picos de Europa (1 hour 30 minutes)

- 2.950€/day, 295€/person/night, for 10 people, minimum capacity in high season.

Conditions
- For bookings made more than 1 month in advance, 50% of the payment will be made at the time of booking and 50% 1 month prior to booking.
- For bookings made less than 1 month in advance, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
- Prices do not include 10% VAT.
- Flexible cancellation: we refund 100% of the amount paid up to 30 days before arrival. After this period we give you the flexibility to change the dates of your booking within the following 6 months.
- The deposit is 1.000€ for all villas in Cantabria.
- In the case of stays for events or celebrations, the deposit will vary depending on the number of people, type of event and villa. In the event of damage, an assessment of the damage will be made and its repair will be deducted from the deposit.
- Cancellations occurring at a later date will entail the loss of the payment made to date.
- Reservations for villas in Cantabria in high season must be made for a minimum of 8 days.
- The formalisation of the reservation entails the commitment on the part of the guests not to accommodate more people than those contracted. All villas are delivered with all beds made up to make the house as cosy as possible, but no more beds may be used than those contracted. In the event that the occupancy is higher than the contracted occupancy, Wishome will deduct the extra cost per guest from the deposit made at the time of booking (depending on the season).
- If guests decide to interrupt their stay before the end of the booking, Wishome will not reimburse the part of the booking not enjoyed.
- Pets (dogs) are allowed up to a maximum of 2 pets per stay and with a limit of 36 kg each.
- Puppies under 18 months of age are not allowed.
- A flat rate of 350 euros (VAT included) per pet applies. Guide dogs may enter all areas of the house at no extra cost.
- Pets will be able to enjoy all the space of the house avoiding climbing on sofas and beds.
- Pets must be on a leash or in their carrier when the cleaning team enters the house.
- We have a pet policy consent form which must be signed at check-in.
